What happened

The CAG's report on the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games set out systematic overpricing, favouritism in contracts and mismanagement across the preparations. Nineteen FIRs followed. Organising Committee chairman Suresh Kalmadi was arrested and spent months in custody.
